On February 24, 2011 permission was granted for the LMA:
" My name is Dylan Zarcone, bassist for Cosmic Trigger, a jam-oriented rock band based in Connecticut. Also known for a short time as Smokin' Grandma, there are already a few recordings of ours (under Smokin' Grandma and/or Smoking Grandma, though incorrectly labeled in the case of the latter) in the Community Audio archive. I am going to edit these and re-upload them to the Cosmic Trigger archive, once created. The band does tape all of our live performances and therefore we have several cassette and CD copies of live shows, dating back to 1999, through the various line-ups and variations of the group. I, as spokesperson for the band, grant full permission to anyone who wishes the record our live performances (as of February 25, 2011) and this extends to the trading and sharing of previously recorded live material, which currently, is largely held within the personal collections of Chris Valente; guitarist, singer, and founding member, consequently the one with the most song credits. There is live-recorded material in limited circulation, but this only represents a fraction of live-recorded material that exists for Cosmic Trigger and/or Smokin' Grandma.
